Dear Friends, Dec
25,2011
We celebrate the birth of Jesus and the joy of Jesus and what He gives to us. This is the last Sunday
of the year so it is the last chance we have to give at church before the year ends. I want you to be able to celebrate
Jesus. God is for us and when God blesses us it is not just a blessing but one that endures forever for God loves us because
of who He is and not because of who we are. God is so good to us. Let us focus on his glory and goodness and especially
his grace. Love him because He first loved us. God sent
his sent to show to you his love and to demonstrate the fact that He can and will give to you all you need. It is
not a matter of you getting to, get but to give to you because of the
love he has for us so that you can bless others. So many tell me that they have needs and desire so much and want to have
us give us this or that to them. God wants to bless you and it is not because you are an American, but because you are his
child. Give and it will be given. Bless others so that you will be blessed as well. Make a commitment to bless others
and God will bless others through you. God is for you and wants to bless you so bless people to honor Jesus for God
in Christ blessed you! Merry Christmas and Happy New Year 2012!

What are you doing for the holiday season? Do you buy gifts and spend time with family or do you sit
at home waiting for others to see you? Do you feel that you will have a good season or are you remembering those that you
lost. IS your holiday season about those you lost or is it about the love that God has given to you. I know about losing
people, for we all lose people and they all come back to our mind during this season. God is the reason for the season. We
must remember the joy that we have because of Jesus for He gives us a reason to love one another and to live for others.
What is the reason we celebrate Christmas? We must deal with this issue so that we can enjoy the value that this season
has. Too many have so little to be thankful for or too little to be joyous about, so if you have a reason to be happy then
you are truly rich. Some do not even want to go to church and do not feel the need to celebrate the season. I encourage
you to go to church and celebrate the season not becuase of who you are with but because of whose you are. Jesus is the
reason and we should trust the Lord Most High for in Him we truly have grace and joy! Pastor Don Carson Word of Grace Fellowship

Friends,
we are getting close to Christmas and we associate it with a time of joy and gladness for we celebrate the birth of Jesus
with this day. This year I also had to associate it with my wife's death. It made me changed for death changed you and so
does life. Things change you and so does God, but we need to let God lead us and change us so that life does not.
Too often the things of life will change us and let we let the natural things of life dominate us instead of letting us
being dominated by what we see, but let us being dominated by our spirit for in the spirit is grace and faith. THe answer
is in the faith we live by which is the faith of Jesus and in that faith is all the blessings for heaven and earth.
I lost my wife this past week but I know she is in Heaven and one day I will meet
her there along with the other people that I knew here on earth that knew Jesus for the saints are there waiting for us
to come back, to meet us in the air. God is there with there in the good, bad and ugly. God is there! I pray that God will
also be with you during this Christmas season for this is the time we celebrate the joy of Jesus and his coming to earth,
most of all it is for those who have him in our heart, it is not about Santa and his sleigh, but about Jesus and his blessings
to us! God bases it on Jesus the world bases it on being Good or bad for they
focus on Santa and his sleigh and what he is doing to you. God wants to love you and give you gifts based, but the world
wants you to earn them by your goodness. I will give to you only because of how you good you are that is religion and it
is not the true gospel of Jesus. Men focus on good persons but God focuses on the goodness of Jesus.

This is the first sunday in December and the Christmas rush has begun. We buy presents and give gifts to each other and try
to bless one another for God is having a birthday so we need to give to each other to celebrate the birthday of his Son.
We give gifts to tell people about Santa and his giving gifts to one another as children. God gave to us so we must give
to each other. I want to bless you and tell you about Jesus. The rest of the month we will be looking at the life of Abraham
until we get to Christmas Sunday and New Years day when we focus on Jesus and our new year of 2012. What
do you want for God to do in your life? God wants to bless you in your life and show you his love and power. God wants to
show you his life and not his wrath. God has so much in store for us and it is not in Christmas gifts and things, but it
is in the things that count like joy and holiness and eternal things if we will only beleive and read the Word and listen
to what it says. Choose to accept the covenant and believe being a Abraham and not a Lot. Don't be one who always needs
to be delivered but be on who can rely on him!
