NEW YEAR OF BLESSINGS
A new year of blessings! each year brings new opportunities
for defeat or blessing, and what we do with it determines the blessing or curse that we have in our life. We have the
right to the blessing because we have a Savior who provided for us at Calvary. We will win no matter what in the end for
Heaven is waiting for us. I want to encourage you that this will be a year of blessing and not a year of curse. You have
a year that is ahead and this year is ending. It may have been a year where there were terrible things that happened
to you and you cannot wait for the year to end. You need a new beginning, a new change and a new chance to begin again.
Each year we have a new chance to begin again! Time is reborn when the year begins over in a freshness for the land is covered
with snow or rain or a freshness begins all over again. We begin again by allowing that freshness to begin
again in our spirits by letting the Spirit of God renew us once again. His mercy is new every morning. The day begins
and we have new challenges once again, We may have to do things we don't want to do but the day begins with a new challenge.
Let the Lord begin in you again and let God dump his love on you with his tender mercies over and over for grace is God
showing his love to you again and again, for God wants to show his love to you with healing, deliverance, prosperity and
all the benefits of being in Jesus over and over again and again for there is no curse under the covenant of grace, the
curse is only under the law! You are not under the law but under grace so rejoice in grace today!

| You are a Fruitbearer

Pastor John has not been with us for over 5 years but what He said to us is still relevant for us and this is
the message God lead me to include for this newlsetter. You are a fruitbearer and we even bear it after we die- Apostle
Paul is a good example of this. John 15:2a God remvoes the branches without
fruit. They are taken away to be burned. 2b-3 is saying to us this morning that we too are made clean by the Word Jesus
spoke. Every branch with fruit God takes the fruit, for God takes the fruit from the Word that was spoken.
When
you get born again God labeled you forevar as an eternal fruit brearer and will remove your branche from the vine. When
you accept Jesus you are are made a fruitbrearer forever. God got your fruit for his Eternal glory. God took it to presereve
it and he will not let it rot and God even rewards you for it, We are to understand that we don't go in with fear and
trembling, wonderting whether we are fruitbearers or whether God accepts or disapproves of the fruit. This is where Most Christians are, on a boat called sink or swim by how we are. Most read
v2 and are not 100% sure they are in that group, that Jesus said if they bore fruit or not. Jesus said that you bore fruit
and my Father took it, wehn you accepted Christ. Eternal fruit never passes away. He keeps it. Not only for your sake
but it glorifies Him because He died for it. It glorifies God when anyone gets born again. 1 Cor 3 sayas a soul will pass
through the fire. IF you bear fruit you can ask what you will. You can apply this for it applies to you. |
| Christmas past and future
by Pastor Don Carson When we go look at Christmas we see the birth of Jesus and the giving of God to man. it is God giving
us a gift from which all other gifts come. The gift of God begins with Jesus. The gift of God and his love begins
with Calvary but that could not happen until Jesus came. All the gifts of God are centered in Jesus. The day of Christmas
is so important for it reminds us of what God did to send his love to us and to what extent he went to just so that He
could he fulfill his Word. He sent a tax on the known world to
make sure that Mary and Joseph so that they would be in the right place and right time for Jesus to be
born. He went to the point of putting a star in the sky to bring the wise men to see Jesus. He sent an angelic choir to
give praises to Jesus as a baby. He sent the shepherds to see Jesus. HE sent Simeon and Anna to see Jesus and pronounce
blessings over Jesus who were both prophets in Israel and Simeon said now i can die for I have seen thy salvation.
He did many things to make sure that people knew who this was. He put a star to point over the place Jesus was and
the Devil still missed it! God went to this extreme to make sure
that you would know He sent his Son to love you and yet for some reason we think that God will not love us? God loves us
so much that He sent Jesus to die for us, will he not also provide your needs? God loves you so much that there is
nothing that can come against you to prevent you from receiving from the Lord. God is for you! God is not mad at
you! So in the future will you trust Him! I will look forward to the truth of Jesus and what God did to make you right
before Him! God is wanting to show us blessing and to show to us so much, so we cannot do anything else but say yes to
it! The Christmas of the past where we received this blessing, in past years has established what we have now- kids, houses,
jobs but the Christmas of the future will establish the blessing that is yet to come for the gift of God will open new
chances for like God his blessings are eternal and he will never stop giving or seeking to give his blessing to you!
God loves you so much to you that He will not move Heaven and Earth to get this blessing to you! |  | | |
This past year we had some good and bad things happen. We had more money
come into the church then we have ever had in one year. God also blessed me financially this past year. There were
some bad things that occurred such as personal losses like the loss of my wife and sister. Every year we have things we
were blessed with and things we would rather forget We had
another blessing by us being able to write to articles for a magazine called the Good Shepherd which is based in India.
I have written articles for it and it goes to other countries and people are able to read what God has given to us. I have
a FB Bible Study weekly on Wednesday at 10:30 AM and i have participated in a nightly Bible Study Sunday nights on phone
with African Women of Love Ministry. This means that we have had more interaction with other ministries then every before
as well.. We are not expanding at a large rate but we are expanding
our influence then we ever had before, even though we have not seen that pick up in our weekly attendance at our morning
service. The ministry of the church is connected to the ministry of the Pastor for the Pastor does represent in the church
in his/her ministry. I pray that we will have more interaction with others
in our ministry in 2012. I want to learn how to either live stream or be able to podcast or something like that
next year but I need help to do so. I am not fully sure of the direction we are going but we are going in a new direction
and down a road we have not been before so it is exciting to go down this road. I pray that you will help us to go down
this road to reap the blessing. This ministry is the ministry that God laid it on your heart to support so may the Lord
help all of us reach the ministry that he wanted us to reach and bring in many souls to the kingdom and bless others. Pastor Don Carson Word of Grace Fellowship

ON SEPTEMBER 28 ,
2011, Hurricane Irene hit the East Coast of the US and went inland. It reached NJ where our church is located and where
some of our members suffered damage to their homes.

HURRICANE IRENE'S AFTEREFFECTS IN NEW JERSEY, USA
Hurricane Irene So
many were affected in this area by Hurricane Irene and still are. The East Coast does not usually have hurricanes but this
one hit us hard and many are still affected for we lost so much becuase of the Hurricane.We have many who still have damage
due to IRENE. Please pray for them that God will take care of them and provide for them because of this loss. I want you
to know that this was an unusual disaster for it came right after an earthquake in this area and that does not usually
happen, They said a hurricane with this force has not happened in over 100 years, and an earthquake as well
really makes this a last day event. So Lord provide for those who were affected and thank you for
sparing so many from the damaging effects of this hurricane. Help us to be a blessing to many in Jesus name before you
return Amen!

Blessings Blessings
for you- right now we are looking at the blessings we have in Jesus becuase we are in Jesus. The blessing you have is
not becuase of your doing or even because you gave a lot to the ministry. it is not about your doing but about your accepting
the provision of Jesus. I do encourage you to act on the provision. That means I do encourage you to respond to what
God has given to you and give from the heart and to do good deeds because of his love to you but the reason you recieve
from God is because of his love for you and not because of how much you gave or did to be seen by men. No one can give
so much that God owes them. God owes us nothing. IF God were to just save us and leave us alone after that we should praise
Him for all eternity for salvation in and of itself is an eternal gift, it would be enough to have a life with him forever.
God wants us to be blessed not only in Heaven but also on Earth for our God came
to live among us and he wants us to know Him not only forever but also on Earth so we can demonstrate who He is and what
HE has done, now in this life! God has given blessings of prosperity, healing, wealth and all sorts of blessings
to us, so let us walk in them. We walk in them but finding them out by searching the Word and letting our words speak
his Word and actions ( healing the sick and doing the works that Jesus did by going about casting out devils and demonstrating
who we are in Jesus, those kind of works) to show people who we are in Jesus.The Book of Acts is filled with examples
of the disciples doing this kind of work and the people responded when they saw it and glorified God. These are works every believer is given so they can go forth in power in authority to
demonstrate the word with power in their life and others. So speak the blessing and demonstrate what you have in

Reaching Others for Jesus
We have begun to write articles for the magazine called the Good Shepherd which is a bimonthl
this month i also sent a teaching from our Founder John to be published in the magazine and in the future we will be able
to publish both articles from Pastor John and myself y magazine and is sent to many nations. Every so often we will send
monty to support the work. They send us a copy each time it is published so that we can see it. I sent an article andin
this magazine. I get great joy out of being able to use John's teaching to reach others even though he is no longer with
us. I am pleased He can still bless others with his writings to other people and nations and that I can as well.
We were told long ago we would reach the nations and although every word
we receive in our lives may not stick with us this one did and it was delivered to us by Beatrice McFeeley in the early
days of this ministry. We do not have a big church but we do have an impact. We have a website at www.wordofgracefellowship.com and we also have a Bible Study at 10:30 AM est on FB. The webpage is called Word of Grace
Fellowship Ministries - NJ and anyone who is a member of the chat may come and membership to the group is free!
We are trying to reach others through what God has given to us even if it
is not in the way we envisioned. God is doing things through us. We have people who want to partner with us, so that we
can reach even more. I want you to know that as you bless us God will bless you. The blessing of righteousness and grace
that God has given to me will also come on you as you bless this ministry. I pray that you will be blessed as you bless
us because of your love for Jesus and not because of any obligation you feel toward us.

 LOVE ONE ANOTHER
Love one Another Do we care for the dying and minister
to the sick or do we worry about ourselves? Too often we are concerned about the conditions in our own life then in the
lives of others? We had a chance to do that and I am constantly bombarded with chances to minister to people but the excuse
is that it could be a scam. They worry where we got the info and if we really need know the people we are trying to
help. We cut it down to the people we know and not to the ones we do not know. There are so many out there we reason that
we should only help the ones we know. I never read that in the gospels. When Jesus said carry the cloak for 2 miles it was
not only for the people they knew. The good Samaritan was helping someone who he did not know! The solution is
well we reason we according to the standard of our day and let religion be our guide instead of letting what the Bible
says to be our answer. The focus should be what does grace tell us to do. I realize
that we cannot help everyone and it is impossible for us to feed every stomach or heal every wound, but we can reach out
to the ones that God puts in our path. Pray for them do not reject them and say a blanket no but do something. I learned
and I will pray for them and do something, I may not send money but I will pray for them and not say oh it is a
scam i cannot do anything. The best answer is not always money but we can do something. I want us to love them first from
their hearts and then as God directs. God has put us here to help people and we can do so, so let us love one another as
God loved us.

If we ever get an inkling of the
depth of God's love we will break down and cry! How Good is God! God has unconditional love for you apart from anything
you do. He credits us with salvation and righteousness etc. because of his faith and works.
But those of
you seeking to be justified by the law you falled from grace, Jesus Christ said that he came to give to us the abundant
life. That life is not just to be when we get to heaven , but in the hear and now. I enjoy it now because Jesus suffered
for me. I want you to be happy in Him. Rejoice in the Lord. Rejoice for God did the job. God will still call you righteous
because of his work and not yours. If Abraham would have been more patient then he would not have had to deal with the Ishmael
of his life. You are safe for you are in the new Ark of Jesus Christ and God keeps you safe in Him!

| | GOD'S FAVOR
God's Favor We need to examine the favor of God for so many think that they do not have
the blessing of God in their life and the Word tells us that when the Israelites left Egypt that they left with gold, silver
and precious stones and not was sick among them. This was the OT and they had the favor of God. Tell me do you
believe that you have the favor of God in your life. I was listening to Andrew Wommack today and felt impressed to say
some things about Favor to all of you. The Lord wants to say some things to you today that you need to
hear. If you believe in Jesus as your Lord and Saviour then these are true 1) God has decreed a blessing on you and
not a curse - Jesus bore your curse for you Gal 3:14 2) you have the right to walk in the blessing - blessed going in and
out and lend to many and not borrow Deut 28 and Ps 91 3) God says that men will call you blessed Lk 2:52 so men will show
you favor, just like they did Jesus. God is not mad at you and God will bless you and it is important
you have this favor operate in your life- in your business, health, money- in all things and to expect this to operate in
your life. It is possible to see favor in one area and not in others so I want you to pray that you will see it in all areas.
Lord I pray that everyone who reads this will receive the favor of God in all they do. Everything that they set
their hand to will prosper and that your favor will go before them so they will be blessed in all they do and people will
give them good deals and show them favor and bless them and not know why. You will cause them to be more blessed
then they have ever been. I pronounce blessing on them and that all the curse they see will be removed from their life. Let
them praise you even before the blessing comes and minister to you because of this favor and let people be blessed by them
so the power of God will flow through them in a miraculous way because of you being with them in Jesus name Amen!

WHAT
IS NEW
What is new? At the end of June 2011
we will no longer be meeting at the Springfield YMCA and I do not yet know where we will be meeting. We desire to find a
place. We want to have a place for it enables us to advertise and it creates more possibilities for us when we have a public
place for us. I know God has something for us. HE always does. I want to get back on Cable TV and
we are working on that. God wants to use us and we also want to increase our Internet exposure and find out how we can cause
our website to be more productive and would like you to help us! I would also like to know about a podcast but I think
we need more people to really do that. IF you read our website then please tell others who might be interested!

HE IS RISEN! Today
we celebrate that Jesus is risen from the dead! It is the greatest news ever recorded in the history of mankind that God
took our place and then rose from the dead like HE said. Christ lives in me today He walks with me and talks me! I
know not because it is recorded in history but because of who He is in me and in you. I have seen his miracles in my
life and others, so I know He is alive and I know even more then I will be with Him in Heaven. I have assurance
of my Salvation for I know that I have Him in my life. I have to know He is in me to know that He is risen!
Too many go to church once a year to do their religious service and do it out of
obligation to make it look like they are Christian but they are not; for they do not have Christ in their heart.
IS Christ in you today for if He is not then you cannot have the benefits of the resurrection without his life in
you. There will be a day when your eternal destiny will be determined, and it is determined not on your ability or good
deeds, but on what you did with Jesus Christ. He took the sin of the world on his back so God sees you according to your
relationship with His son. Will you accept the atonement or not? Do not come to church to be religious for God is
not religious, do come to church to know the one who saved you in a much greater way. Come to love the one who saved you!
Come to share that love with the ones that know Him so you can be uplifted by His presence within you!

Recent Sermon Series by Pastor Don We have been focusing on the armor that we have. The armor is important, but when we were in
the word of faith we were taught that we need to put our armor on daily and that is still taught by some. I say never
take it off. I have been teaching that the armor is all about Jesus for our salvation, righteousness, peace all come
from Jesus. Too often we put the focus on doing things but the emphasis in all the word of God must be on Jesus. When we
put our focus on Jesus then it all comes together. When we try to divide the word then we have it mixed saying this
part is about Jesus but this part is about our doing and it will tend to weaken the Word of God, causing it to become
less effective in our lives. Oil is good and has its purpose and so is water but when you mix the 2 together then the
mixture is of no value at all. We started this series looking
at the reason for the armor and now we are looking at the passage in Eph 6 and the armor listed there. After Easter
we will begin to look at the weapons that were used in the OT. They used weapons like the sling that could defeat
the giants of their day. We will examine their weapons and the weapons mentioned in the NT times. All of these are available
to the believer. Our weapons are not carnal but the weapons of the enemy cannot overcome the beleiver for we have
already won because of Jesus. We know we won but they did not have that knowledge in the OT for Jesus had not come, so
our weapons have more power and they did many great miracles. Pastor Don Carson |
the Late Pastor John Hogan
We're acceptable to to God Col 1:12 - the word meet there means acceptable so you are OK in God's sight. He made us okay for
our inherticance is etenal life. V13 - who did it God did it! I came to set the captives free so you can hear the
good news. v21-22 you were alienated in your mind. You thought your deeds is what caused you to be
spearate from God but God reconiled you by the body of his death. Col
2:8 I think some things in the Bible we gloss over and do not really read it. I do not think that you should
do that but you pitch your tent when you find a good verse like this one, until God moves you. He says something important
in this verse that we should not let the traditions of men decieve us. I think we know that the traditions of men
is what religion is based on. Such as if you eat fish on Friday you go to hell. V11-12 It doesn't say that it is by
your faith v13 he brought you back for you were in Him when he died. That was by the faith of God, for it was not
accomplished by your faith. Can you see that your salvation is not based on your but on Him?

Overseas Report: Constantly we are trying to
get more partners or affliations of different ministries. A partner is someone who will help to support us with prayer
and finances. An affliation is someone who wants to not only partner with us but also represent us in their country. They
will become part of us by sharing what we believe in that country and become an extension of what we have by what we preach
here. I go on FB and I hear from people in other nations and lately it has been alot of people in country. I know that
we have a lot of work to do and desire that we can find more people in this area to help us reach our neighborhood. We have a lot of things to do for we were told a long
time we would go to the nations but we also need to reach our area. I realize that we need to reach our area but
I must go where God opens the door. I can talk to people and the people who come are from other countries then those are
the ones that I will respond to. I have been getting a lot of response from Pakistan of late and want to help those there.
I need help and wisdom to lead people and I recognize that. There is a lot of Muslims there and we see many reaching out to them and trying to help them find
Jesus. I am happy that so many want to reach that need that love and sharing with them who are so blinded by their religion
so they cannot see the true God. They need to have their eyes opened up but we need to have more people to do what we need,
so help us here by coming to Word of Grace and pray we can have more of an effect in our world!  |

Goals for this year! I do want to see God bring
to pass what He promised to do in our church! God said that he would enable this ministry to go into all the world to
reach them with the gospel! This was a prophecy that was given to this church when we first started this church. God wants
to bring these things to come to pass in us and through us for God wants to bring to pass all His word not only through
us but through each of you as well. What words of God did He tell to you that He wants to bring to pass in your life as
well? I need to have people to bring these words to come into
being for God does not want to bring this to pass through one person. I do not think that this word is supposed
to come to pass through me but through a church, a group of people that He brought together that is supposed to be in a
likeminded group that sees it through the mind of God so that we can be free! Freedom comes when we first realize
that God is pleased with us and we allow that freedom to flourish from within us. The goal is bring people in so that we can walk together with one mind and bring together others who will
partner with us and God will use them to help us reach others in other nations. The people that we can do that with have
contacted us but we need to not only have them contact us but actually have groups partner finacially with us so that
the vision God has for us, will also flourish in your life as well.
This goal is to bring the gospel of grace and healing to come to pass in your life. To help us bring healing to come to
pass in your village in your life, so people can be healed; to bring grace so they can be free; to bring a freedom so they
can not be in bondage any more to the devil or anyone who tries to bind them with religious bondage, but to come and
help us reach the world with this gospel to the masses! Reach out
to others and not just for me but for all of you who read this to reach out to those who are in need and let people know
the goodness of God. God is not mad at you and this is such a revolutionary idea that God wants to keep you in his grace.
God loves you and wants to show you who he wants to be in your life! It is not just about you but about Him and what HE
did for you! So lets focus on Jesus and His grace, for when we do it will open up new chances for God to use us

| WHAT
GOD DID IN US- Rev John Hogan
 What God Did in US- Rev John Hogan 1/11/2004 What I want you to do is tel me what God to you in Jesus CHrist to make your salvation possible?
First of all what did he have to do? 1) He accounted us all as sinners-
Bible tells us that no one was good enough. If you think about it you are guilty for He removed the barriers. You inherited
your sin nature because you came from Adam. So whether you sin or not it has nothing to do with you. 2) He then sent Jesus to a wild and wooly world. Nothing changed for it is the same as it was then.
We have not evolved to become a better human being, for we have only changed the label but the product is still
the same. 3) He kept the law for us because we were unable to do it.
In order to get it done He had to keep the law and commands for us. 4)
He thumped the devil in his own backyard- What happened? What did God see happening when HE saw Christ on the
cross? He saw man dying and man resurrecting. Jesus went into hell taking care of the sin issue leading captivity
captive. Captives of sin were now made captives of righteousness. God crucified sin on the cross, so now in God's
eyes he sees you with a righteous nature. |
